A paint shop lets you change your vehicle's color scheme and logos, while further tweaking in the areas of transmission, tires, and steering is also possible before each race. Navigate your way through the twisting, sprawling courses while traveling across snow, dirt, mud, and gravel in varying weather conditions. Four play modes include Practice, Time Attack, Arcade, and Championship. The latter involves progressing through six seasons by challenging 19 rival vehicles on various courses for three laps. In addition to racing the computer, you can also compete against a friend on a choice of courses via split-screen display. A Controller Pak is required to save season progress and custom paint schemes.
